*Position Description**:*
* Assumes the responsibility of supervising and assisting installation/repair crews with troubleshooting artificial lift production equipment and scoping repairs and installation of all types of surface and subsurface equipment and locations.
* Assist the Artificial Lift Corrosion Representative with the routine management of artificial lift activities in the field.
* Understand and manage the gas lift, rod pump, electric submersible, and plunger lift systems.
* Plan work and supervise crews installing, repairing, and replacing surface / subsurface equipment, ensuring competency and work quality.
* Works collaboratively with Field Specialists, PEs, and Trainees to optimize artificial lift, including run times and cycle management.
*Requirements*:
* High School diploma or equivalent.
* At least 4 years of current operations experience in oil and gas or related petrochemical industries, including experience with regulations and the maintenance and testing requirements associated with related safety devices.
* Proficiency with MS Office (Word, Excel, and Outlook), CMMS, and understanding of new software packages.
* Proficiency with artificial lift and field surveillance software systems (Rodstar, Centaur, Wellview, PIVision, EAM, Vogel Predictive, Petrosoft etc.
)
* Must live within 50 miles of the work location or be willing to relocate and possess a valid driver's license.
* Ability and willingness to work weekends, holidays, and overtime based on work activity.
Must work 9/80 schedule.
* Lead HSE as it relates to the field execution of the Subsurface program.
