*Roles and responsibilities*
* Knowledgeable in electrical theory
* Repair & replace VFD’s, starters, MCC buckets, transformers, control components.
* Troubleshoot and perform electrical maintenance on new and existing facilities.
* Assist in the installation and configuration of control systems.
Have basic knowledge of PLC, RTU, and HMI functions.
* Terminate control and power cable.
* Ability to perform maintenance and troubleshoot control systems to ensure proper function.
* Assist in the commissioning of new control systems.
* Have basic comprehension of electrical one-lines, control narratives, and cause & effect.
* Collaborate and provide input to help solve technical issues.
* Attend safety meetings, support audits, and attend training sessions.
*Qualifications and Education Requirements*
* 3-5 years of experience in an industrial electrical environment, preferably in the oil and gas
* Operation of process meters, TREX, and calibration equipment.
* Participate with on-call schedule rotation.
* Familiarity with MCC’s and electrical switchgear.
* Familiarity with industrial control systems, such as PLCs, RTU, and HMIs.
* Ability to read and interpret technical documentation.
* Good communication and teamwork skills.
* Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
