Part Time Maintenance Worker

```Duties:``` - Perform routine maintenance tasks, including inspecting, cleaning, and repairing equipment.
- Troubleshoot and diagnose issues with electrical, mechanical, and plumbing systems.
- Conduct regular inspections to identify potential problems and address them in a timely manner.
- Respond to maintenance requests from staff, ensuring prompt resolution of issues.
- Coordinate with external contractors for specialized repairs or installations.
- Maintain inventory of supplies and equipment needed for maintenance tasks.

- Need to have a history of handyman work, focusing on plumbing and electrical - Basic Constructions skills desired as well - Fluency in English for effective communication with team members.
