This Operations and Mechanical (O&M) position requires pre-employment testing.

What role you will play in our team Operate and maintain associated equipment related to oil/gas/water gathering systems, liquid handling facilities, and field compression What you will do Responsibilities include all functions of pipeline maintenance, pigging, pipeline locates, dehydrator maintenance, filter changes, tank gauging, and valve maintenance Troubleshooting and equipment repair skills are a must Line locating pipelines and other underground utilities and manage one call tickets in XTO operating areas Insure pipelines and associated equipment are constructed and maintained to industry specifications Able to work after hours call out and respond appropriately Commitment to our safety culture and environmental standards About You Basic knowledge to operate an oil and/or gas gathering system with the general objective of maintaining equipment integrity and working safely Display effective verbal and written communication skills Coordinate and communicate effectively with peers, across different teams and departments, 3rd parties, and outside officials Basic computer skills required for planning, scheduling, record keeping, and troubleshooting Two years of formal or industry training in the oil/gas field is preferred No College Degree Required ExxonMobil is an Equal Opportunity Employer Work Schedule Monday – Friday, 7:00 am – 3:30 pm with scheduled callout Your benefits An ExxonMobil career is one designed to last.

Effective December 1, 2021 ALL candidates must complete the revised assessment.
Even if you have tested within the last 365 days (passed or failed), if you tested before December 1, 2021, you must complete the revised assessment to be considered for this O&M opportunity.
Failure to complete the assessment by the deadline will result in your disqualification from consideration for this position.
The assessment is the same for all O&M requisitions.
If you have completed the assessment after December 1, 2021, your assessment results will be mapped to this requisition when you try to access the test.
Test passed candidates will be screened by the hiring team and a subset invited for interview.
Note that a satisfactory result on the assessment does not guarantee an interview.
