Physical Therapist

Evolve Healthcare is seeking a NM Licensed Physical Therapist for a Full Time permanent role at Artesia General Hospital.
AGH is a very supportive community that has a State of the Art Orthopedic and Sports Medicine Facility.
Schedule will be Day Shift Mon-Fri 8am-5am; 40 hours per week.
Need a Candidate who can start ASAP.
Compensation will be $80,000-$110,000 annually depending on experience.
*5K sign on Bonus!* * *DESCRIPTION:* Expect to see approximately 8 patients a day, ( outpatient).
* *REQUIRED:* NM Physical Therapist license and BLS * *Scrubs*: Top: Chocolate brown Bottoms: Chocolate brown or black * *CERTS*: NM PT license and BLS required * *EMR:* Evident/CPSI *Duties:* - Assess patients' physical condition and develop individualized treatment plans - Provide hands-on therapy, exercises, and stretches to improve patients' mobility and relieve pain - Educate patients and their families on proper techniques for at-home exercises and self-care - Monitor patients' progress and adjust treatment plans as necessary - Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to coordinate patient care - Maintain accurate and detailed patient records Experience: - Bachelor's or Master's degree in Physical Therapy - Valid NM state license to practice as a Physical Therapist - 1 year of Prior experience required If interested in this position, please apply here!
