Job Description:
* We are seeking a licensed clinician (LCSW, LMSW, LPCC, LMHC, LMFT, or LCP) to join our team of dedicated mental health professionals.
As a Licensed Clinician, you will provide individual and group counseling services to clients of diverse backgrounds and ages, and will assess, diagnose, and develop treatment plans that address clients' unique needs.
Qualifications:
* Master's degree in Social Work (MSW), Counseling (M.
A.
or M.
S.
), or Marriage and Family Therapy (MFT) from an accredited program.
* Current and valid LCSW, LMSW, LPCC, LMHC, LMFT, or LCP licensure in the State of New Mexico.
* Strong commitment to ethical and culturally competent mental health practice.
* Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
* Ability to work both independently and as part of a collaborative team.
* Must be able to pass a comprehensive background check.
* Bilingual (English/Spanish) preferred but not required.
Job Duties:
* Conduct thorough assessments and diagnostic evaluations to determine clients' mental health needs.
* Develop and implement comprehensive treatment plans tailored to each client's goals and challenges.
* Provide individual, couples, family, and group therapy services.
* Maintain accurate and up-to-date client records and documentation in compliance with all legal and ethical standards.
* Participate in staff and case consultation meetings.
* Stay current with best practices, research, and evidence-based interventions in the field of mental health.
* Actively engage in ongoing professional development and pursue relevant training opportunities.
* Advocate for clients' rights and access to mental health services within the community.
* Contribute to a positive and supportive work environment that fosters professional growth and collaboration.
