This is NOT a remote position.
Position is based in Roswell, New Mexico, USA.
The System Analyst position supports users of Information System applications, software, hardware, and operating systems for the healthcare system.
They communicate issues, needs, and current usage to help maximize current systems and implement new applications incorporating workflow and processes to produce the most effective systems possible.
Education:
Required:
Associates Degree, or higher, in Information Systems or related field and a minimum of 3 years of experience in a comparable position.
- OR -
High School Diploma or GED equivalent with a minimum of 5 years of experience in a comparable position.
Experience:
Experience in a health care environment is preferred.
Minimum of 3 years experience in information systems support services in the following areas:
Must be able to: diagnose and repair computers/servers/networks; programing computers/servers/networks; building, programing, repair and diagnose servers; building, programing, repair and diagnose cloud based networks and servers; diagnose, repair, program VoIP phone system and network.
Must be able to diagnose, repair, build: Network: integrity, design, security, firewalls, DNS, MPLS/WAN/LAN, IoT.
Preferred to code and be familiar with various programming languages such as: PL/SQL,
Must be able to diagnose, repair, program, operating systems such as: Linux, Windows, DOS, IOS.
Licenses/Certificates:

HCISPP (HealthCare Information Security and Privacy Practitioner),
CHDA (Certified Health Data Analyst),
AHIMA (Healthcare Technology Specialist Certificate - American Health Information Management Association)
CPHIMS (Certified Professional in Healthcare Information & Management Systems) - OR - CAHIMS (Certified Associate in Healthcare Information and Management Systems)
If experience and/or Associate's Degree, or higher, is being substituted for minimum years of information systems support experience, then any certificate identified above as “Preferred” will be required.
