HVAC & Maintenance Technician

*Job Requirements* Bell Gas is seeking a self-sufficient local HVAC technician with knowledge of general handyman work and plumbing to join our team.
As an HVAC & Maintenance Technician you will be responsible for responding to Corporate and branch location’s needs for heating and air conditioning troubleshooting and repair, miscellaneous building repairs, as well as plumbing troubleshooting and repairs.
Position will require frequent travel with occasional overnights.
*Salary* $32,000-50,000 per year Pay is dependent upon applicant’s license and experience levels *Job Requirements* * Install, repair, clean, and maintain HVAC systems.
* Install, repair, and maintain convenience store cooler systems.
* Maintain required licensing.
* Inspect and test HVAC systems and components.
* Report system malfunctions to corporate and discuss options for replacement or repair.
* Repair or replace worn or defective parts.
* Minor repairs to convenience store and office buildings or grounds.
* Repair plumbing lines and bathroom fixtures.
* Mandated safety training upon hire * Understanding of OSHA regulations and Safety requirements for all relevant job duties * Must have a clean driving record.
*Licensing Requirements* * 4000 hours/2 years of on-the-job training to test for Journeyman Refrigeration and/or Journeyman Gas Fitter license.
