Responsibilities:
Manages the daily operations and activities of facility case management department.
Provides leadership, training and coaching to department staff.
Responsible for regulatory requirements and budgetary/productivity processes.
Serves as a liaison for assigned department/facility.
Adheres to policies, procedures and regulations to ensure compliance and patient safety.
Qualifications:
Job Requirements:
Minimum: Bachelor’s Degree in Nursing, business or related field of study;
Relevant education and/or experience may be substituted for one another in accordance to policy.
Five (5) years of case management of with two (2) years must have been in a management capacity
Valid NM Nursing license or NM compact license (within 90 days of hire)
Preferred Job Requirements:
