We are hiring Drivers for routes based out of Hobbs, Odessa, Maryneal, Lubbock and occasionally the ABQ area.
.
This position is responsible for hauling loads of dry bulk materials to customers safely and efficiently.
No pneumatic experience is necessary and all training will be provided.

POSITION DETAILS
• TOP Drivers are making $1,800+/week
• $1000 Weekly Guaranteed pay - (safety net for the weather, truck breakdowns, customer issues)
• Monthly KPI Bonus ($200-$800 +++)
• Sign On Bonus ($1500)
• Bi-Annual Safety Bonus ($1000)
• Referral Bonus ($2000)
• $40 Per Diem
• Paid every Friday
• Paid Orientation, Training, Breakdown Time, Waiting Time ($28hr)
• Must be open to Regional Routes
• Willing to utilize sleeper occasionally
REQUIREMENTS
• Have an active Class A CDL (doubles endorsement a plus)
• Minimum of 18 months of tractor-trailer experience
• Must be at least 23 years old or older
