Evening 3-11 / mid shift front desk agent

Front Desk Agent Duties: - Greet and welcome guests in a friendly and professional manner - Check-in and check-out guests efficiently and accurately - Answer phone calls and respond to guest inquiries - Provide information about hotel facilities, services, and local attractions - Assist guests with luggage and other requests - Handle guest complaints or concerns with patience and professionalism - Process payments and maintain accurate records - Collaborate with other hotel departments to ensure guest satisfaction - Perform night audit duties as required Experience: - Previous experience in hotel management or customer service is preferred - Familiarity with phone systems and hospitality management software is a plus - Strong communication skills, both verbal and written - Excellent customer service skills, with the ability to handle difficult situations calmly and effectively - Knowledge of front desk operations and procedures - Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment - Fluency in multiple languages is an asset We offer competitive pay, flexible scheduling, and opportunities for career advancement within our hotel.
