Customer Service Representative (CSR)

Master Plumbers is looking for a Customer Service Representative (CSR) that can answer the phone, knows how to be upbeat and relates kindly to both happy and unhappy customers.
Must be able to answer inbound calls and book these calls in the computer with our computer software.
Must be able to make outbound calls as required, and be willing to learn new procedures.
Bilingual applicants preferred, but this is not a requirement.
