*About us* Artesia Lanes is a bowling center in Artesia, NM.
We are the premeir bowling center within at least a 100 mile radius.
Our work environment includes: * Modern bowling center setting Overview: We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-oriented individual to join our team as a Bowling Desk Customer Service Representative.
As a Customer Service Representative, you will be responsible for overseeing all bowling activities and providing exceptional service to our customers, ensuring their needs are met and their inquiries are resolved in a timely manner.
This is an excellent opportunity for someone who enjoys working with people and has a passion for delivering outstanding customer service.
This position also acts as oversight for all areas in the bowling center, and supervises up to four people.
This position requires bowling knowledge and background, and is responsible for inputting all monetary transactions and receiving payment .
We are filling two positions, so day or night shift schedules will vary upon hired applicants.
Must be able to work weekends and holidays Responsibilities: - Provide excellent customer service by addressing customer inquiries and resolving issues promptly and professionally - Assist customers with product information, pricing, and availability - Process customer orders accurately and efficiently - Handle customer complaints or concerns with empathy and patience, striving to find the best resolution - Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions - Collaborate with other team members to ensure seamless customer experiences - Stay up-to-date on product knowledge and industry trends to better assist customers - Maintain cash drawer and all transactions Skills: - Strong communication skills, both verbal and written - Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport with customers - Ability to handle difficult situations with professionalism and empathy - Strong problem-solving skills to effectively address customer concerns - Proficient in using computer systems and software applications - Previous experience in food service, cash handling, or hospitality is preferred - Public speaking or events management experience is a plus - Conflict management skills to handle challenging customer interactions - A passion for delivering exceptional customer service - Experience working with children or as a lifeguard is an asset We offer competitive compensation, opportunities for career growth, and a supportive work environment.
