Salado Isolation Mining Contractors (SIMCO) LLC is currently seeking a qualified individual to serve as an Administrative Assistant to join our Procurement team in Carlsbad, NM.
The successful candidates will support the Procurement department.
They will perform routine administrative duties including answering phones, making travel arrangements, scheduling meetings, assisting with internal and external correspondence, coordinating records, tracking commitments, updating calendars, and preparing reports.
The position requires ability to interact professionally with multiple levels of management, employees, and job applicants.
Must exercise good judgement, discretion, and professionalism in all matters.
Non-Exempt Grade 24-26
Minimum Requirements:
Associate’s degree with two (2) years of experience as an Administrative Assistant or similar, or
High School diploma or Equivalency plus four (4) years of experience as an Administrative Assistant or similar is required.
Demonstrated proficiency in the use of Microsoft Office Suite is mandatory.
Starting salary $52,255 per year ***
