Accounts Payable Specialist

Job Overview: We are seeking an experienced Accounts Payable Specialist to join our team.
The ideal candidate will be responsible for processing invoices, managing vendor payments, and ensuring accuracy in financial records.
Duties: - Process a high volume of invoices accurately and efficiently - Verify discrepancies by reconciling vendor accounts and monthly statements - Prepare and perform check runs - Maintain accurate records of accounts payable transactions - Assist in month-end closing procedures - Communicate with vendors to resolve invoice discrepancies Qualifications: - Knowledge of accounting software - Strong knowledge of double entry bookkeeping and general ledger accounting - Excellent data entry skills with a keen eye for detail - Familiarity with financial concepts and processes - Experience with DealerTrack is a plus Job Type: Full-time Pay: From $15.
